Main products, sought-after by the market
As of October 2023, Lvkon's order sales have exceeded those of the entire previous year; In the heavy-duty truck segment, it has achieved a year-on-year growth of 32%. Among them, the HTED20000L pure electric system is the most mainstream power system solution for new energy heavy-duty trucks at present, and it can be said that "mainstream companies are all using it".
This product adopts the "single motor + AMT" scheme, utilizing the speed regulation and torque amplification of the transmission to achieve the effect of matching a smaller motor to obtain large torque output. In addition, it features smooth gear shifting and high reliability. Currently, its supporting vehicles have exceeded 20,000 units.
STED7000S pure electric system, designed for special-purpose vehicles such as sanitation trucks, is also one of the mainstream supporting choices for new energy sanitation vehicles. Currently, this product is supplied in bulk to more than 10 chassis manufacturers such as Jiefang, Dongfeng, Qingling, and Foton.
Newly launched product, attracting customer attention.
Compared with the above-said two "main" products that have already established a strong market presence, the following two hybrid power products are new offerings by Lvkon this time.
Among them, CHD36000 is Lvkon's self-researched and developed uninterrupted hybrid power system. This product has a dual motor assist mode, with stronger electric drive capability and better heavy-duty power performance. In addition, there is no problem of power interruption during gear shifting, and continuous power output can be achieved during uphill acceleration, thus resulting in higher operational efficiency. At the same time, this product also features a dual-motor energy recovery mode, enabling it to adapt to a wider range of operating conditions. Currently, vehicles equipped with this product are undergoing trial operation.
As for light-duty truck segment, Lvkon has launched the CHD1600 uninterrupted hybrid power system. The product adopts a dual-motor system, allowing the equipped gasoline engine to directly assist in driving when the vehicle is traveling at high speeds. During vehicle deceleration, regenerative braking can be performed to recover energy. In congested road conditions, the vehicle can operate in series power generation mode. Compared to traditional gasoline-powered vehicles, the fuel savings rate can reach up to 25%.
In addition, since 2019, Lvkon has invested in electric drive axle. The project has entered mass production phase this year and has already gained a significant market share in the industry. It is expected that by the end of this year, there will be more than 1,000 commercial vehicles equipped with this system.
